bigsloto requires three document categories for account verification. First, a valid identity document: Indonesian KTP (national ID), passport, or driver's license. The document must be current (not expired) and show your full legal name, photo, and date of birth clearly. We accept scanned photographs or digital images—the file must be sharp enough to read all text and the photo must show your full face.
Second, proof of your current address. We accept utility bills (electricity, water, phone), recent bank statements, or signed rental agreements—all dated within the past three months. Your name and address must be clearly visible. A screenshot of a digital utility bill counts if it shows the document number, issue date, and address. If you're renting, a signed contract from your landlord or property manager also works.
Third, phone-number confirmation. We verify that the phone number you registered with bigsloto matches your identity or address document. This is done automatically during submission and does not require a separate file upload.
Verification documents are stored securely and never shared with external parties. We retain them to comply with Indonesian financial regulations and anti-money-laundering requirements.
Verification Timeline and Processing
Once you submit your documents through the bigsloto dashboard, they enter our verification queue. Our team reviews submissions during Indonesian business hours: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Jakarta time. Submissions made within this window typically complete within two to four hours. If documents are clear and all information matches, approval is automatic. Submissions made on weekends or Indonesian public holidays (Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, etc.) are queued and processed on the next business day. We do not accelerate verification for holiday submissions.
